Refund Policy

Effective Date: 30 May 2025

We understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled at Lodeside Glamping.

1. Cancellation by the Guest

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your booking 21 days or more before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund.

  • Non-Refundable: If you cancel within 21 days of your scheduled arrival, your booking is non-refundable.

  • No-shows or early departures are also non-refundable.

We strongly recommend that guests take out travel insurance to cover unexpected changes or cancellations.

2. Cancellation by Lodeside Glamping

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking (due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, damage, or safety issues):

  • We will offer you the choice of:

    • A full refund

    • An alternative date, subject to availability

  • We are not responsible for any other costs you may incur, such as travel expenses or third-party arrangements.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

  • All refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are issued via Stripe, our secure payment provider.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
