Terms and Conditions of Booking and Website Use
Effective Date: 30 May 2025

By booking a stay with Lodeside Glamping or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are made via our website, powered by Wix, and payments are processed securely using Stripe.

  • A deposit or full payment is required to secure your stay.

  • You will receive a booking confirmation via email once payment is received.​

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 21 days or more before your scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.

  • Bookings cancelled within 21 days of arrival are non-refundable.

  • We strongly recommend that guests take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.​

3. Arrival and Departure

  • Check-in time: from 3:00 PM

  • Check-out time: by 10:00 AM

  • Late check-outs may be subject to a fee and must be agreed in advance.​

​

4. Occupancy and Conduct

  • Each shepherd’s hut accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children under 12.

  • No smoking inside the huts.

  • No parties or loud noise after 10:00 PM.

  • Pets are not permitted unless agreed in advance in writing.

  • Guests are expected to treat the accommodation and surroundings respectfully. Any damages may be charged.​

5. Liability

Lodeside Glamping is not liable for:

  • Theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

  • Injury or accidents unless caused by our negligence.

  • Unforeseen closures due to weather or other events beyond our control.​
